Totems English Mentoring Program

The 2021 - 2022 English Mentorat Program focused on story telling.  Story telling varies from cultures.  One storytelling tradition we  learned about was that of totem poles.  This is a tradition of the Pacific Island People.  Using stone or wood, images and totem animals are stacked one on top of the other in the progression of the story.   The students created a story and then illustrated it in the fashion of the Totem Pole tradition.
